Jenni's Chile

2 lbs hamburger
2 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup celery
1 green pepper chopped
1 3lb can kidney beans (leave a bit of liquid)
28 oz tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
8 oz tomato sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup apple juice
1-2 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs basil
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp salt, pepper, and tabasco sauce
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

Brown the hamburger with some of the onions and garlic. Add all the ingredients into a big pot of crock pot and let simmer. I like to leave it in the crock pot all day on low. If it's to thick add some water.
