2 TBS yeast
4 TBS sugar
3 cups warm water
2 tsp. salt
7 Cups flour
1/2 cup melted butter for the dough on the baking sheet
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix dough ingredients. Let rise until doubled. Roll out in rectangle and cut two inch strips with a pizza cutter. Fold each strip in half and twist. Place on cookie sheet covered in melted butter. Sprinkle each with parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Let raise about 20 mins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins, enjoy!
