Spinach Salad

Salad:

2 bunches fresh spinach
1 small head lettuce
1 purple onion, cut in rings
3/4 lb. bacon, crumbled
3/4 lb. swiss cheese, cubed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. craisins

Dressing:
3/4 tsp. poppy seed
1/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 Tbs. grated onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. mustard

Mix in blender. Toss w/salad just before serving.
