Ramen Noodle Salad

1 pkg. precut coleslaw greens
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1-2 pkgs. ramen noodles chicken flavor
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil

In salad bowl, put coleslaw, chopped green onions, sunflower seeds and crushed ramen noodles (save seasoning packet for dressing mixture) and toss together. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients; sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, oil, and seasoning packet. Mix well. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss again. Serves 12.
