Poppy Seed Chicken

3 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1 & 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 & 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube butter or margarine
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Place chicken in the bottow of a greased casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Melt butter and stir into crushed crackers. Add poppy seeds and mix together. Spread cracker mixture over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
