This rice is great with the mustard chicken.
1 small onion chopped (about 1/4 - 1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. butter
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cup water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tsp. lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbs. fresh parsley
Cook onion butter and garlic until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients, cover, bring to a boil. Turn to low for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat to fluff.
