Peanut Butter Cake

Peanut Butter Cake

1/4 C Peanut Butter
1 C    Water
1/2 C Butter
1 C    Sugar
1 C    Brown Sugar
2 C    Flour
1 tsp  Salt
1 tsp  Baking Soda
2       Eggs
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 tsp  Vanilla

Frosting:
1/2 C Butter
1/4 C Buttermilk
1/3 C Peanut Butter
2 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1 tsp  Vanilla

Combine PB, water and butter in a saucepan.  Boil.  In a separate bowl, mix sugars, flour, salt and soda.  Mix PB mix with dry ingredients.  Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.  Bake in greased cookie sheet at 375 for 15-17 min.

For frosting, mix butter, buttermilk and PB in saucepan.  Boil.  Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.  Mix with mixer until smooth.
