Madi's 'Salad'

1 pkg vanilla pudding
1 pkg cool whip
1 pkg fudge-striped cookies
2 cans mandarin oranges

Mix pudding as directed. Once almost set mix with cool whip. Just before serving break up cookies into chunks and add to mix. Add oranges. Mix 'salad' and serve.

Dave's Butterscotch & White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 package Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 bag butterscotch chips (12 oz.)
1/3 bag white chocolate chips (12 oz.)

Mix and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Make 30-36 cookies
